1912 — Built in Philadelphia for the streetcar system of Porto, Portugal.
Early 1980s — Acquired by a non-profit to run in Portland, OR but was never put to use.
2005 — Acquired by a non-profit in Vancouver, partially restored and renumbered 30; ended up at Fraser Valley Heritage Railway Museum.
08.10.2015 — Acquired by Belmont trolley, renumbered back into 16.
2019-2022 — Restoration work and repainting at Belmont.

1927 — Built by Southern Public Utilities, Charlotte, N.C.
14 March 1938 — Operated the last trip of the Charlotte streetcar system.
1938 — Used as office at the Charlotte airport, N.C. Air National Guard.
1939 — Diner / concession stand at Caldwell Station, N.C.
1951 — House in Huntersville, N.C.
6 May 1988 — Returned to Charlotte for preservation and restoration.
1989 — Restoration, with motors, trucks, wheels and electrics sourced from retired streetcars in Melbourne, Australia.
1991 — Restoration completed.
1993 — Ownership by Charlotte Trolley, Inc.
30 August 1996 — Operates over a section of abandoned Norfolk Southern railroad track, by Charlotte Trolley, Inc., using towed generator.
28 June 2004 — Started to use overhead wire.
6 February 2006 — Charlotte Trolley service suspended, the line to be rebuilt for Light Rail.
July 2006 — Rebuilt by Gomaco Trolley Co. for prospective operation on the LYNX streetcar line.
February 2007 — Returned to Charlotte.
20 April 2008 — Operated the single opening trip of the LYNX streetcar line via the Light Rail track, put in storage thereafter due to unsafe operation alongside the LRT trains, used for special excursions twice a year only.
9 October 2014 — Moved to storage.
2016 — North Carolina Transportation Museum, Spencer, N.C.
March 2019 — Return to Charlotte, N.C. for the Lakewood Trolley streetcar project, which never came through.
03 January 2022 — Transferred to Belmont Trolley, Belmont, N.C.
