Просьба к местным экспертам определить, уходит ли данная линия по улице влево за пределы кадра? Или провода всё жне оборачиваются вокруг данной площади, просто левая граница кольца осталась немного за кадром.

I believe the trolleybusses do in fact terminate here. And provably so. The pictures at the railway station show no wires, on google earth, trolleys have been seen waiting at the bus stop visible in the background of this photo. And finally, the way that this is built, it wouldn't be possible if the line continued, since the tension of the wires basically pulls the trolleywires outwards. The thing that is pulling the other direction must therefore be the looping trolleywire.
