The Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex newly invented and produced a man car. It can be hoisted along rails by wire rope as far as Lake Chon atop Mt Paektu.

It finished producing the car in a short time and then proceeded to install it so that it can ascend the lake and descend from it. It was successfully operated on trial.
